How long do the cups last?
When cared for properly, the cups will last as long as any regular bra.
What are the care instructions for the cups?
Hand wash warm with mild soap, do not wring or twist, air dry, no bleach.
What is the content of the push-up cups?
The cups are made of 100% polyurethane foam. Do not use if you are allergic to polyurethane.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal as well as Money Orders. We DO NOT accept personal checks.
Can I mail my payment instead of placing it online?
Yes, when you are ready to place your order, simply click on the "Mail-in Order Form", print it, fill it out and submit it along with your payment (see above).
What are my options for shipping within the US?
We ship via USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail. Standard charges for 1 item via 1st Class Mail is $3.63 & 6.59 for Priority Mail. Shipping charges and delivery time can be calculated at the checkout page.
Returns and exchanges will be accepted if the cups and adhesives have not been used. Mail the item(s) along with a note with your instructions to: PKFashions, Inc., 13300 Bothell-Everett Hwy PMB628, Mill Creek, WA 98012.
Will you ship to post office boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico?
Yes, we will. See above for S&H cost. Please allow additional time for any extra distance.
Do you ship to APO, FPO addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
We are unable to ship outside of the USA at this time.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Refunds and exchanges will be accepted if the cups and adhesives have not been used. Simply return the item(s) with your invoice and a note with your instructions and we will honor your request.
"What does each kit include?"
Each kit includes one set of soft foam push-up bra cups and one set of adhesives (the Fashion Stick Cups have the adhesive already attached to the cup).
"What is the content of the Fashion Stick Cups adhesive coating?"
The adhesive is made of 100% silicone. Do not use if you are allergic to silicone.
"How many times can the Fashion Stick Cups be worn?"
When cared for properly, the silicone coating on the cups will remain sticky for 100+ uses.
"What is the content of the Adhere-a-Cup adhesives?"
The adhesives contain rubber. Do not use if you are allergic to rubber.
"How long do the Adhere-a-Cup adhesive strips last?"
Once the adhesives have been applied to the cups, they will last through approximately 10 wears. For best results, the cups should be stored in the ziptop bag the product is packaged in.
"What is the content of the PermaCups adhesive?"
The adhesive contains silicone. Do not use if you are allergic to silicone.
"What are the contents of the Iron-a-Cup adhesives?"
When used as intended, the iron-in adhesives pose no adverse health affects.
"Will the PermaCups really stay in my swimsuit?"
Yes, when properly applied, the PermaCups will stay bonded to your swimsuit in fresh water, chlorinated water, salt water and hot tubs.
"I'm concerned the PermaCups will retain a lot of water when I go swimming."
The foam cups retain water just like any padded swimsuit would.
